“Golden Words of Wisdom” comprises 8 angpau designs inspired by Chinese New Year conventions and pet peeves. Common traditional greetings are given a cheeky spin to relate to modern times. This allows the givers to send monetary encouragements in a new and exciting way. The project was initiated by local design collective Bunga Raya Kreatif. “Golden Words of Wisdom” 《三字金》is inspired by the “Three Character Classic 《三字经》, which has been used for centuries to teach children Confucian values.  The angpaus employ the same three-word format on the front cover. Every headline ends with the word “金 jin” (Gold), which sounds similar to the word “经 jin”, thus creating a wordplay on prosperity.

• Each Package content 1 big size red packet and 7 regular size red packets

• Sizes: 8.8 cm (width) x 16.8 cm (hight) for regular; 10.8 cm (width) x 18.8 cm (hight) for the big size

• Originally designed and printed in Malaysia.

• 5 colour prints on 120g FSC certified paper
